Thistle Management Limited provide a web-enabled system that releases resources within your business to drive continuous improvement and reduce the costs of managing health & safety, environment and quality.

Thistle Management have many years of working with small businesses and have discovered that the effort required to keep the paperwork up to date often distracts management time from the business of running the company. We believe that we can, with the Entropy system, make your management systems do what they were designed do to – Improve Your Business.

The Entropy system has three inter-related areas, one each of quality, Health & safety and environment. In each area you can assess and record the risks to you achieving success, set objectives and targets, monitor actions and results, conduct audits and carry out management review. The system can also manage all related documentation.

Because the system is web enabled, all people involved in the management of the company can access the system directly to complete their own reports and records. Everyone shares the same information and progress toward targets is clear for all to see.

All this means that your health & safety, environment or quality advisors can spend much more time out in the business working directly with your employees to spot new hazards and support efforts to improve performance.

Thistle can provide three levels of service in respect of the Entropy system:

1. To arrange access to the system and train your people how to set up the system to follow your existing processes within Entropy
2. As (1) but also to set up the system on your behalf
3. As (1) and (2) with the addition of providing an health & safety, environment and/or quality advisor to monitor your use of the system and provide objective feedback on the value of the system to your management team.
